They needed a low-maintenance solution that would complement their home while providing long-term durability. To address these challenges, we regraded the area to improve drainage and installed a compacted base of gravel and sand for stability. We then laid high-quality pavers in the client’s chosen design, securing them with edge restraints and polymeric sand to prevent shifting and weed growth. The result is a beautiful, sturdy patio that enhances the backyard’s usability and aesthetic appeal, providing the perfect space for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. The client was thrilled with the transformation and now has a functional, long-lasting outdoor area to enjoy for years to come.

Water Drainage Installation

Our client faced water pooling around their home due to improper gutter drainage, leading to erosion and potential foundation issues. To resolve this, we installed an underground drainage system, connecting the downspouts to durable pipes that direct water away from the home. Trenches were carefully excavated for proper slope, then backfilled to blend seamlessly with the landscape. This solution effectively prevents water buildup, protects the foundation, and improves overall yard drainage, giving the client a reliable, long-term fix for managing rainwater.

Landscape Design

Our client wanted to enhance their beachfront property with lush greenery to create a more inviting and vibrant outdoor space. We carefully selected a variety of salt-tolerant plants, native grasses, and hardy shrubs to thrive in the coastal environment. After preparing the soil for optimal growth, we strategically placed the greenery to complement the natural landscape while providing erosion control and added privacy.
